Valley Stream, a Condominium, consists of 48 units. The Condominium property consists of 6 two story apartment type buildings located on 3.95 acres in the Township of Denville, County of Morris, at 19 Savage Road. The Condominium property is located between Katherine Street and the Rockaway River on Savage Road. 
The size of the units including Limited Common Elements vary from approximately 703 square feet for a one bedroom unit to approximately 885 square feet for a two bedroom unit. Valley Stream, a Condominium, has been well maintained and landscaped. On site parking is provided. There are 56 parking spaces. The parking areas are located adjacent to the units. Laundry facilities are provided in the basements of Building C and Building F, for each owners use. There is a common storage area in the basement of each building. There are no recreation facilities provided. There are no garages provided. Denville is a picturesque Lakeland community known as the "Hub of Morris County", with a population of 14,680 people close to the metropolitan area of New York City. The Township is located approximately 40 miles from New York City and approximately 25 miles from the business district of Newark. New York City is reached by Interstate 80 and U.S. Routes 46 and 3. Access to Newark and Many parks and open spaces provide recreation for Denville residents. Gardner Municipal Field is directly across the street from the project; Mountain Lakes Tennis Club is approximately 2 miles away. Additionally, there are two private golf clubs within a short distance.

other New Jersey areas may be obtained by Interstate 280. Therefore, this property is within commuting distance to two major business centers. Neighborhood shopping centers are conveniently located on Broadway, and along Route 46. One of the State's most noted shopping malls, Rockaway Townsquare Mall, is about 3 miles away, as well as Willowbrook Mall and Morris County Mall, both within a 15 mile radius. Newark Airport is easily accessible by a variety of routes and is approximately 30 miles away from Valley Stream. County College of Morris provides higher education opportunities. The area in which the property is situated is within the jurisdiction of the Denville Township Police Department and Denville Township Fire Department.
